Bob Hope Theatre
Formed in 1943, the former Eltham Little Theatre was saved from closure in 1979 by entertainment legend Bob Hope and is a non-professional community theatre group and a registered charity administered by a Board of Management elected by members at
Annual General Meeting.
The Theatre usually stages nine or ten shows a year and is also available for hire by other organisations. Auditions are open to all and we encourage members to get involved in all aspects of theatre, both on and off stage.
There is an active junior membership (under 18) which includes The New Stagers, an acting section within the 11 to 16 age bracket.
